Hey Mighty Manifesters! We had a lot of fun at our first meeting on 1/15. What a group! We are now in alignment with not only our own but each other's visions. New comers are welcome to join, please contact Tela Bigi at heliocentric1@gmail.com with any questions. There is a $10 fee for the workbook & journal, then based on love offering.

~Wed 2/22 Ash Wednesday Service

The Season of Lent will be with us shortly, and we’ll kick this off with an Ash Wednesday Service on Wednesday, February 22, at 7 PM. Please join us to set the space for our time of preparing for our upcoming Holy Season- a space of openness, clarity, and new insights. Let us use this time to wake up further, and to honor our path of holiness.

~Sat 3/10 -Suitcases for Kids - Luggage Donation at Unity 10:00am - 2:00pm

Unity in the Foothills along with Samantha Dennison is volunteering with the State of CT Department of Children & Families to collect used suitcases and bags for foster children. Most children in foster care carry their belongings in a black garbage bags. Each child averages 7 moves while in foster care.

**Help us collect lovingly used suitcases and duffel bags for foster children in CT.**

~Sun 2/12 Lesson & Workshop with Pamela Whitman - Season of Non-Violence/Forgiveness

Pamela Whitman has been a student of A Course in Miracles since 1989. Her weekly radio program The Miracle Revolution airs live every Monday from 4 – 6 pm on 91.7 FM WLFR in Pomona, New Jersey and can be downloaded from http://www.unity.fm/program/MiracleRevolution. Whitman tours multi-media peace concerts throughout the United States and the world. She has performed in Asia, Central America, the United States and Europe at such diverse venues as Carnegie Hall, The Himalayan Hard Rock Café, The House of Blues in Hollywood, China’s version of Carnegie Hall and at Indian Reservations and concert stages nationwide. Pamela is the Principal Flutist of the Ocean City Pops Orchestra and has a degree in Flute Performance from the University of Michigan. Our “Unity in the Valley” meeting hosted by Carolyn Scotti and Co-coordinated with Barbara Schafer will start at 4 pm, Saturday, February 18, 2012.  Our focus will be in theme with the Season of Non-Violence.
Do you have friends in Waterbury you’d like to introduce to Unity? All are welcome.
The address is 21 Hampshire Drive, Wolcott, CT.  This is off of Potuccas Ring Road off Route 69.  We'll chip in for Pizza for our social time afterwards.
